It Improves fatigue strength, corrosion resistance, and leaves a ductile core. Valves are designed using the latest Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software to make sure there is adequate cross sectional area where the greatest stresses occur. Stellite is welded to the tips to resist impact and abrasive wear from rockers. White Diamond™ Valves for M8 - White Diamond™ valve stems are hard chrome plated using a 360° anode to insure uniform hard chrome thickness. Rigorous monitoring of the chrome bath is performed to insure purity, and tight tolerances are held on the surface preparation and surface finish of the valve. Valves are designed using the latest Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software to make sure there is adequate cross sectional area where the greatest stresses occur. The keeper groove and tip areas are induction hardened to prevent wear.
